In order to read and understand this book, I think I need to research two topics. The first one is about the mental problem which called Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I need to have some details about it because Lorenzo has this kind of personality disorder and it was the really important facts to build his personality. Also it could be the biggest reason why Lorenzo lied to his mum about going skiing. The second thing I need two research is about the school life in Italy. The story was happened in Italy and I have already read some scenes were talking about his school life. I could understand easier if I have some information about the school in Italy.
As long as we continue to read the book, there is two topics nesscary to research. The first one is narcissistic personality disorder, like how does it happen and whats the symptoms beside unable to feel empathy. This affects both his life in school and in home. For example, the disease may be a reason cause him to lie to his parents. Second topic to research for me is school life in public school. However, Mie have mentioned that, so I chose another one. How the tropical fly imitates wasps. This have been mentioned several times at the second half of this chapter. This may be mentioned more when we continue to read the book. Also this organism give main character ideas of how to pretend himself. This may affect the main storyline too, but only "may"
I am kind of confused now, i think I have to find out what is a narcissistic personality disorder, although from the chapter 2 it is looks like Lorenzo make this result by himself, but after I finished read chapter 2, I think he does have the narcissistic personality disorder. And I want to find out what could make the narcissistic personality disorder happened. The second one I want to know is what is the school like in Italy and it is a English class, full of diplomats, what will that kind of class looks like.
By continue reading the book, I believe there are two things that I need to research. The second thing I should research is how school life is like in an English school in Italy, where the main character studied in. Also I think it's quite necessary to know what kind of kids attend English schools in Italy, but that's quite impossible to research. So with the first two things I mentioned to research will be really helpful.

I think as chapter moves on this disorder will bring huge changes to Lorenzo and develop his character. Another thing that I should research is the difference between Italian school and American school. This is important because I can see that definitely schools in U.S and Italy is different.
