If the protagonist attended CA, how would he/she do? What activities would he/she participate in? Do you think he/she would be a successful student? How so? If he/she were in your class and/or dorm, would you want to work/live with him/her?
I think Sookan would be a good student in CA, and I believe that she could have acted like she did in Korea. At Cheshire Academy, there are a lot of people from a lot of different countries, and everyone respects each other's religion and traditional things. There are Korean students here, so I believe that Sookan wouldn't feel alone in here. I think that she would do community service as her afternoon activity, since she likes helping people. She would also join the yearbook team. She would also have a place in the Coleman group. I think that she would be a successful student, since she can handle so many things, like working and studying at the same time. I would definitely want her to be my roommate, since she's quiet and she respects people. It would be so much fun to be in the same dorm with her. Working with her would also be amazing. She seems like a hardworking student because she manages everything quite good.
ReplyDeleteExcellent and detailed response, Sera!
DeleteSookan would be an excellent student if she attended CA. It is because she is very hard working and smart. She knows what she should do to improve her grade, and how to make friends. She might join in the International Student League to introduce her country, for she thinks it is her responsibility to help other students to learn about the culture and society of Korea. She would be successful. If she is in my dorm, I would like to live with her. She is a good listener and a nice friend. However, if she is here, I also want to tell her do not only focus on study and working; life is short, but life is beautiful; she should spend more time to explore this fabulous world.
ReplyDeleteWell done, Amanda!

ReplyDeleteIf the Sookhan attended Cheshire Academy, she would be the best students in CA. She would think about her family and studying really hard. She would be the successful in CA, and doing extra work like proctor in the dorm, having varsity sports, and do anything whatever helpful for succeeding her life. If I could work with her, then I will, because she has really high concentration on studying, so if I could study with her, it would be really helpful to me. Sadly, I cannot live with her, because I am living in VDP, but she should go to girl’s dorm.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised you think she would do varsity sports. What sport do you think she would join?
DeleteIn my opinion, if Sookan comes to CA, she would attend as many activities as she can, because she is such an active student. She might like our community service the best, helping others and prove that she has an excellent culture background, that's exactly what she needs. And she might help teacher and other faculty members a lot.
ReplyDeleteAccording to all the above, she would be a great student and fits into our community quickly. And that's why I want to be her classmate and work with her, she can always brings me good impacts with her personalities.
I think you're right about the community service, Ben. Nice work.
DeleteI think if Sookan attend to Cheshire Academy, she would be a very good student. Because she is very hard working, she work hard on her study and she is a scholarship student so she has to work in the dining hall. She also has to do part time job, she is always busy. But if she is in CA, she has more time to do things she like, such as sports or play a instrument, she will make more friends and feel more comfortable here in CA. Because there are lots of international students in here, many kinds of different cultures, so that she would feel good here. If she is here, I would like to become friend with her, she is a nice girl and she is hardworking, I want to know more about her.
ReplyDeleteNice work, Bella.
DeleteIn my opinion, if Sookan attends Cheshire Academy, she would be the best students and gets first honor every quarter because she always hard work and ask questions to professors if she does not know. Moreover, she will be quick to adapt because in CA, there are a lot of people from different countries and have different cultures. They are respecting each other's culture and religion and also native English speakers are trying to help people who are not good at English. In addition, She will love the community service because she can help old people or children in Cheshire by joining the CA community service. Furthermore, I want to be her classmate because I think I will learn something from her that might help me to get a better grade.
ReplyDeleteGood work, Richard.
DeleteIn my opinion, I think that if Sookan attended to cheshire academy, she would've been a good student for several reasons. To begin with, Sookan is a very hard working student. In the text she was too busy to go to such with Marcy because she was heading to another professor's class for help. Moving on in cheshire I would be easier for her to adapt because in cheshire, there are many international students including Korean students.
